By accessing or using CredoRev ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. CredoRev is operated by ClearLine Solutions LLC ("Company", "we", "us").

Program description: CredoRev is an AI-powered review management platform that sends post-service review request text messages on behalf of local businesses. The Service includes review aggregation, AI-generated response drafts, automated review request campaigns via SMS, and analytics dashboards.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
CredoRev offers subscription plans billed monthly. All plans include a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, your selected payment method will be charged automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
CredoRev provides tools to send SMS review requests to your customers. You are solely responsible for obtaining proper opt-in consent from your customers before sending any SMS messages through our platform. You warrant that every customer who receives an SMS through CredoRev has provided their explicit consent to receive such messages. CredoRev provides consent collection tools (check-in forms, QR codes, keyword text-in) to assist you, but the legal responsibility for consent lies with you, the business owner.
Message frequency: Message frequency: 1 message per visit, maximum 4 per year.

STOP — Text STOP to opt out of messages at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding SMS communications, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
CredoRev uses artificial intelligence to generate review response drafts. While we strive for high-quality, appropriate responses, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inappropriate suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated responses before publishing them. When using Auto-Pilot mode, you acknowledge that AI responses will be published automatically according to your configured rules, and you accept responsibility for the published content.
CredoRev integrates with third-party platforms including Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, and others. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platforms that may affect our Service. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain integrations and notify you of any disruptions.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to generate fake reviews or manipulate review platforms; (b) violate any review platform's terms of service; (c) send unsolicited SMS messages to individuals who have not consented; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (e) attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDOREV AND CLEARLINE SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
